Requirements:
These are the requirements needed before enrolling to
St. Nicholas de Myra School.

For Preschool:
1. 3 copies 2"x 2" latest ID picture;
2. Original copy of birth certificate and a photocopy for file;
3. Favorable entrance test and interview results.
For Grade I
1. Form 138(original);
2. Certificate of good moral character (original);
3. Original copy of birth certificate and a photocopy for file;
4. 3 copies 2"x 2" latest ID picture;
5. Favorable entrance test and interview results.
For Transferees: (Elementary and Hish School)
1. Form 138(original);
2. Form 137(Transcript of Records);
3. Certificate of Good Moral Character,
4. Original copy of birth certificate from the NSO and a photocopy for file;
5.3 copies 2"x 2" latest ID picture;
6. Favorable entrance test and interview results.
Above admission requirements should be submitted on or before the end of the enrollment period. Non-compliance means that pupils/students will not be included in the official least of enrollees to be submitted to the Department of Education.
POLICIES ON DISCOUNTED TUITION FEES
A. Special Discount
1. Four (4) children of the same parents - 100% discount of the tuition fee for the youngest.
2. Three (3) children of the same parents - 30% discount of the tuition fee for the youngest.
3. Two (2) children of the same parents - 10% discount of the tuition fee for the youngest.
4. Children of the school officials, employees and incorporators - 50% discount of the tuition fees for the first child.
5. Incoming first year High School First Honors from a school with at least 100 graduating students - 100'% discount of the tuition fees.
6. Incoming first year High School Second Honors from a school with at least 100 graduating students - 50% discount of the tuition fees.
7. Transferees who were honor students are given special discounts on the tuition fees depending on the number of pupils/students per class.
Note: Included from any form of discount are miscellaneous fees.
B. Early Payment Discount
Full payment of annual tuition fees before June - 10% discount
